I used your website to process a request and received an immediate response in less than 24 hours. I also received a phone call from Danielle first thing Monday am to help me book on Wednesday and then move up to Tuesday!!! Because I set up day before move it was a one shot call! :)

My dream team made up of Jose, Fernando and Javier were not only on time, but ready to get started. Fernando hooked up the paper work in a professional manner and quickly assessed the move. Communication was always professional and easy! Would highly recommend My American Movers to my friends and family 10 stars!!!

They exceeded all my expectations, easing the nervous tension of a very stressful day for all of us. It would be an understatement to say how grateful I am for their organizational skills and professional positive approach. Not one thing got broken. Claudia and Rebecca were very nice and professional with me on the phone, which I appreciated. Some companies out there are very rude.

I've used My American Movers twice in the past couple of years and they were great.  The price was the best, the service was swift, they were careful with my things... professional all the way.  Even after they finished they said they had time on the clock and helped me retrieve items from my car & assemble.  

I've used 3 other movers in the past decade with minor problems, but none with this company... and I plan to use them again this weekend..

Phenomenal customer service; extremely hard-working and conscientious movers; and affordable prices...really, you can't do better.

Moving is a nightmare.  For everyone but for me especially.  I have  hoarder parents.  Yeah...use your imagination.  I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've burst into tears in the last few months.  My American was the best part of the entire ordeal.    

The customer service reps were friendly, extremely helpful, and made sure to explain everything thoroughly.  They kept me updated on scheduling and told me more than 24 hours in advance that they'd appreciate it if I allowed them to come in the afternoon rather than the morning.  The rates were extremely comparable.  $69 an hour for two movers, four hour minimum.  I decided to go with three movers instead; $89 an hour and she reduced my minimum to 3.5 hours.  The usual double drive time and 7% fuel surcharge and tips are appreciated.  She went through everything slowly and then emailed me an overview.

The day of the move the crew arrived on time.  They busted their asses and had our two bedroom house loaded into the truck and on the road in an hour and a half.  It was amazing!  They unloaded and arranged the furniture exactly where I wanted it and didn't balk once at hauling a bunch of bedroom furniture and boxes up to the second floor.  

Heidi's Moving Tip of the Day: I labeled all the boxes that needed to go upstairs with a big red U.  This helped because two of the guys couldn't read English very well and the red marker made the boxes easy to notice amidst the piles.  

They moved us from Arcadia to a two-story in Azusa in less than five hours.  They were friendly, hard-working, and extremely careful in everything they did.  I probably tipped more than I should have but, hell, I know exactly how hard they worked and they earned every penny.  They made my moving day itself the least stressful part of the entire move!  I truly cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I needed to move my storage from Thousand Oaks to La. Yes, it's only a small distance but my furniture pieces were too heavy to move myself so I asked around at work about good movers. My co-worker suggested My American Movers and so i decided to give them a call. The lady i spoke with, Rebecca, was very nice and accommodating. She quoted me over the phone and walked me through all of the contract. She said they had two specials 3 men for $79 or 2 men for $59. Either way this is a deal compared to other moving companies i called. I chose the two men because i didn't have a ton of stuff. Oh there is a minimum of three hours with these guys, but i knew I would surpass that no problem since my drive time was about an hr and they double the drive time by law. The 2 guys who showed up were great. As promised, they called me when they were on their way and told me how long it'd take to get to my location. They arrived and got straight to work. In 45 minutes all of my stuff was on the truck and we were on the road to Westwood. When we got to the apartment they immediately brought up the furniture pieces and put them together. They were very careful with my furniture and made sure i was happy with the placement in the rooms. Since my apartment is on the 3rd floor, i knew it would take a while to get my stuff up, but they did it in under 2 hours. There was a bit of a problem with paying my bill but they were able to clear it up. Initially, I had gotten a "no more than" bid and I was told that if I finished in less than the quoted time I just pay for the time I used. The movers were unaware and asked me pay the full price which I then informed them of the prior agreement. They called their boss and got everything straightened out. So even with the little billing issue they were very fair. I will definitely use them again the next time i move (which hopefully isn't for a while lol). How can you beat a company that is affordable, quick, efficient and fair.
